When I started reading this book I found that I couldn't put it down until I finished it. Just following the story of Marsha and her life long dream of owning a home and providing a place for her kids to play was so powerful that I found myself rooting for her as she goes through the emotional roller coaster of the process.Brent's style in authoring this book is easy to follow as he places you right in the prospects shoes. If you've already purchased a home yourself, you know how crazy that ride can be. If you haven't, then you definetly need to pick up a copy of this book.
For those of us in the profession of helping people purchase a home, it's a great reminder that the people involved in these transactions are experiencing a tremendous amount of emotions and we have a tremendous responsibility to these people.
I highly recommend this book.
